Stage 1

Content is made to speak directly to your target audience. In that sense acceptance of your content by your target audience is the greatest factor when producing creative assets. In order to successfully execute on your goals content must align twofold; firstly with your audience and secondly with your business goals. Finding the balance between the two is key during this stage.

The creative team at Steps will conceptualise content based on data, audience type, locations and business goals. During this phase previous content examples may be taken into account for an overhaul.
